Roadways Admissions

Every learner is different — and so is every learning journey. Our enrolment process is designed to give families clarity, reassurance, and a path forward that feels right.

Roadways accepts students on a rolling basis depending on openings and classroom fit, so the first step is simply a conversation. We’ll guide you from there.

How Admissions Work:

  • We begin by listening. During an initial call, our staff gets to know your child’s experiences, strengths, and the challenges they’ve been facing in a regular classroom setting. This helps us understand what your family needs — and how we can help.

  • Your child attends an assessment session designed to identify strengths and pinpoint areas of difficulty in literacy and/or math.

    (Note: Roadways does not provide formal diagnoses, but our trained team is skilled at recognizing red flags and determining the key factors that may be contributing to a child’s struggles.)

  • Caregivers receive a written report summarizing the assessment. Then we meet with you to:

    • review results

    • answer questions

    • discuss what’s contributing to your child’s struggles

    • outline possible next steps

    You’ll leave this meeting with clarity and a solid understanding of your child’s learning profile.

  • Together, we explore the options that best fit your child’s needs:

    • One-on-One Tutoring

    • Part-Time Programming

    • Full-Time Roadways School
