Professional qualifications may consist of B.Ed, E.A. Certificate, or equivalent education, depending on the position being applied for
All Applicants will have:
An understanding of Saskatchewan curriculum requirements and adapting the curriculum for children with diverse abilities
The ability to work well with others
Experience in program planning (daily, weekly, and monthly)
Willingness to communicate and meet with parents/caregivers to provide regular updates on student progress
Flexibility and understanding when schedule changes happen and new students are admitted
Creativity (programming, classroom decor, special events)
Willingness to support extra-curricular school activities (e.g. camps, field trips, student plays, etc.)
More than 1 year of hands-on experience working with children in a teaching environment
Skill with technology; Zoom and Teams for meetings
Willingness to be an ambassador for our school
Input to the administration team to help shape the growth and direction of the school
